I just switched to a 5 day split and was wondering how I should include these muscles.
I have never worked abs before but since im going to start paying attention to diet, I would like abs to be visible with less BF.
Now, with calves, I worked them 3 days a week. They BARELY started to grow. On this 5 day split, Im doubting that it will be enough only working them once a week. Also with abs, Im wondering how muscles build only working them once a week with light weights(lower back problems..) Any recomendations?

personally i cant tell you **** about abs because i dont work them out and i dont have them
but what i do for calves is
2 warm up sets of 10. about 1/2 weight of a working set
and then do 4 working sets of 10, 8, 6,6, (increase weight as reps get lower)♂Nice Ass Crew♀
