    How to work your calves and abs

    I just switched to a 5 day split and was wondering how I should include these muscles.
    I have never worked abs before but since im going to start paying attention to diet, I would like abs to be visible with less BF.
    Now, with calves, I worked them 3 days a week. They BARELY started to grow. On this 5 day split, Im doubting that it will be enough only working them once a week. Also with abs, Im wondering how muscles build only working them once a week with light weights(lower back problems..) Any recomendations?

    no need to work calves 3 times a week
    work them once a week same with abs

    You think abs will catch up with reps of 15-20?
    Also, would you recommend calves get heavy weight low reps?
    I was to a point of doing Mon-4x15, wed-4x25, fri-4x6-8. this seemed to be working......

    personally i cant tell you **** about abs because i dont work them out and i dont have them

    but what i do for calves is
    2 warm up sets of 10. about 1/2 weight of a working set
    and then do 4 working sets of 10, 8, 6,6, (increase weight as reps get lower)

    if u can grab a dumbbell (i use 25lbs) and get on the delcine situp machine. put the dumbbell behind your head and do sets of 10
