I know this is a stupid question, but what is the difference between wet and dry gains? I'm guessing a wet gain is similar to creatine and the water gain you get, but what is a dry gain?
Also, is h-drol, and bold considered wet or dry? I'm starting to do some research on these two for my first PH.

yes. epi is a very dry compound, but your joints will feel like hell at the end of 4 weeks. Phera is relatively wet, and I had no joint issues whatsoever.
I'm waiting on an iForce rep to come in here and see people calling Bold "wet." I said something along those lines one time, and they got all kinds of pissed off.

Wet has some water so as far as numbers are concerned, you will probably lose a few pounds of water.
Maintainability of the gains depends on how fast you put em on and how much water. You will lost most water weight so take that off right then. If you gained a buttload of weight real fast it will be hard to maintain. If you gain it rather slowly, it will be easier to maintain.
All in all, you will lose the lbs gained that are water, but after the water is gone...both dry and wet gains are equally hard to maintain since its just muscle at that point...
