Recent Leg pics
A couple recent leg pics. Left leg looks a little smaller in the pic but I think its just the angle. They've always been a weak point for me so I'm somewhat happy with them. long way to go though

your arms look big bro. In my opinion they are still too small for your upper body. They look a bit narrow. Awesome hamstrings though!!
Just focus on heavy squats and front squats - it'll get them there quick

thanks guys. i hit legs once a week. i don't do anything special just squats, deads, leg press, and leg curls. i mix up low reps and high reps depending on how i feel. i seems to me that just continually pounding away at them works best.
