I just got out the Corps and they were big on pullups, hangs, and just general abuse.
I don't have time to devote hours a day to workout out anymore.
Is there anyway I can stay skinny and buff at the same time without PTing for hours a day?
as a female its gonna b a lot more difficult than guys because you lack testosterone. those ladies you see on olympia are on hormone supps. but with hard work u can build quite a bit of muscle without the hormones, it may just takek a bit longer. the regular curls (all variations done heavy) should about do it. Just keep yourself dedicated and train hard n im sure that you can achieve your goal
Specifically, what are some easy exercises I could do every day?
You shouldn't be doing exercises for the same muscle group every day.

What's really really really sad, is that the answers are already right there.
For a HUGE majority of people...
start on a full body 3x per week, add body part volume while reducing body part frequency as you progress. It's that friggin simple. It isn't "1 bodypart every 2 weeks for 70 sets" OR "Soviet/Bulgarian each bp 10x per week using 1 exercise each". There are middle grounds.
Wow you got a great physique and a great pair of arms already. If its bigger biceps youre after just follow a good arm routine once per week. Use 3 or 4 basic exercises such as barbell curls, dumbell curls and hammer curls. At first you should train them once per week to allow your biceps to recover and grow. Increasing your protein intake is also essential for muscle growth.

Oh. We PTed every day in the marines, did just about the exact same **** but in different order...
I need to get a book on this.
Link to Dominik's journal?
toni i think u can do basic exercises like barbell curls and dumbell curls. those are the bread and butter of developing biceps. theres no magic for developing them.

General fitness and bodybuilding are two separate worlds.
If you want optimal results you'll structure your training in such a way that properly balances the lifting with rest/recovery and that's not going to happen if you're blasting a muscle group every day.
There's a good reason why bodybuilders typically train a muscle group 1-2x a week. Start with a basic routine and fine-tune it from there.

Work out arms no more than twice per week. I would pick 3 or 4 exercises to do i.e. chinups, bb curls, db curls & hammer curls. Try to progress in weight each time out even if it's only by 1 pound. Change your rep scheme from time to time too. 5-10 reps are optimal for biceps. Don't forget your triceps either. They make up 2/3 of your arm. Good luck!!!

Jason Ferruggia is one guru who advocates low volume. I'm not sure I am doing myself any favors with poor form, but low sets and reps makes sense to me compared to endless sets and high volume in the gym. I believe a person can make progress without spending a zillion on supplements or making working out a chore.
There are a bajillion advocates of low volume, but Ferruggia is one whose writing I really enjoy. He's accessible, interesting, and humorous. Oh, and most important of all, EFFECTIVE. Might give him a look:
I think barbell curls are the best overall mass builder. You should follow that up with dumbbell curls, or concentration curls, to really concentrate on the muscle. Finish it up with some hammer curls.
