I am 20 years old work out pretty hard and need to know what other guys my age are on and what is the most hardcore thing i can take at my age. I'm not new to the whole supplement thing just new to more hard things done creatine etc. so I will take all the constructive criticism but none of the bs some people write on here.

ok well i am def. wanting to gain muscle in the past six months i have gained a lot i just want more i plan on maxing soon an i know i will get 225 on bench 200 on incline not sure about squat havent done max in a while but i need to get more cut right now i am taking blackpowder pre workout and novedex xt at night and whey protein post workout this has helped me dramatically and thats why i want something more hardcore but i am always open to suggestions.Originally Posted by bigjay00
