i barely ever go that slow. i do 3 second kinda slow reps
and i do faster reps and sometimes a jump squat. they are fun and really lossen up the tendons... light of course only 60 kg.
oh and i would like to ask a question:
1.when did you start cycling
2.how many cycles have you done since then
3.what were they lengths, compounds, dosages.
4.and finally would you change anything with that.
sorry to ask so many kinda personal questions but since your doing a log thought i would ask

1.I started when I just turned 25 so nearly 4 years now
2.When I first started I did the usual cycles with the usual protocol, sus,deca,dbol 12 weeks with PCT
3. I found I responded differently to most, yes I did get very good gains but did not feel good ( lethargic, out of breath , sick, bloated and full, anxious, paranoid,loss of appetite ect)
so I decide to really do some research , got in touch with a few endocrinologist some who deal with athletes and performance enhancing. Got blood work done and found that it was out of wack (cholesterol, liver enzymes, and blood pressure)
I believed there must be a better way, looked at all the studies I could get my hands on , got debating with the endocrinologists and came to a new conclusion . When I put this in practice my blood work was perfect , I felt great , looked better(skin and face structure) and was gaining the same but not as bloated and lower bf%, so of course I stick to what works and what I subjectively believe is the best protocol in terms of gains to negative side effect ratio.
3. If I was to change anything it would be I started performance enhancing with the protocol I now use.

its good to see that you really use bare minimum dosages yet gain near maximum results... if only all could be as wise as you. people waste so much on gear and so much of thier health. you prove that it can be avoided.

Hey Adam - just out of interest, do you ever go heavy in the Squats?
I try and keep updated with your log and have only ever seen you go to 140kg for about 5 reps (or something like that)
Is there any reason for this or do just not like heavy squats?
Yes I do, but only when am up for it, my log is only a few weeks old , so am sure there are lots you have not seen me do.
With legs I have to be aware of over training as I play basketball as well , considering my wight ( now 233) I do a lot of explosive movements when playing.
But yeah I will go heavy at some point.

I know what you mean about overtraining, I only train legs once a week, other wise I limp around like ans 80 year old

Should write an article on this bro- should explain to people how different people truly are and how there's no one rule fit's all scenario.
Ex. you have to run low dosed cycles. I myself can run messed up cycles with irregular injections (for example one dose/week of short esters) and have no side effects.
would make a good thread if you got a few other bros in there as well explaining what they do and how it affects them.

Adam Im just curious do u ever take a whole day off training(including basketball days) ?
Yes , if you look at the dates a few are missing, but since starting this log I have felt really good .......it's only the basketball the gets me sometimes but I guess that's my weight!
