Yeah, from what I hear everyone is participating in offseason workouts. Depending on if we draft Knowshawn Mereno, that first game might not be that bad. Especially if westy is fully recovered and the Andrews brothers are playing to their max potential

Yeah hopefully we draft Moreno but Carolina should be tough and we havent faired well against Chicago either.
Too bad we only get 1 monday night. I find it weird how come teams only get 1 monday night in half a decade but we always have at least 1 every year not to mention Sunday Night
Yeah that would be sweet to knock out the Cowgirls with out first visit to the new stadium★☆★ Full-Time Philadelphia Eagles Fan ★☆★

The eagles in my opinion are going to undoubtedly be better than last year. The defense is a year older and more mature. Although hard to say, getting rid of Dawk was probably the best thing from a pure on the field football stand point. The leadership will never be replaced. But from a football standpoint he was a major liability in the pass game thats why he was always in the box. D jack is a year older. I expect a running back to be drafted which will undoubtedly help our offense and Celek can be very solid and is an upgrade over LJ. If Celek plays anything like he did in the NFC Championship he looked like the next coming of Chad Lewis, which the Eagles have been looking for for awhile. It is very easy to see that the Eagles imo will be better this year than last and last year they sould very well have been in the super bowl and probably would have beat the steelers. I know over the years there have been many sould of's and could of's but maybe this is the year.

Yea your right I mean almost every eagles fan wants Dawk to still be on the team. In reality though the guy isn't te same Brian Dawkins he had always been. Sean Jones is not a bad pick up at all. This whole Brian dawkins thing can be covered over if they want to. I love the guy and always will, but an aquisition of a guy like Anquan Boldin, or Braylon Edwards, although unlikely, will make the pain a lot less.

All I have to say is Anquian is on the block now. Birds are gonna go get him. Expect us to package a 1 and a 3 plus baskett for him.
Quain and knowshawn mereno in 2009 ftw.
Instantly Birds become the favorite to take the NFC.Cha Cha Cha

Oh yes of course the Birds would become instant favorites. Not just NFC favorites but Super Bowl Champion favorites in my opinion if they could pull of Knowshon and Boldin in the same offseason. You have to remember we are talking about Joe Banner and Andy Reid here and there is no way we are going to get such high caliber players haha. They'd rather watch Mcnabb's hall of fame type ability whither away as he continues to be surrounded with low tier players.

1st rounder
2nd rounder
5th rounder
reggie brown
IMO thats too much, but I would rather a 1st, a 5th and Reggie brown.Cha Cha Cha

A kicker? lol. I could see us trading away ONE 1st rounder because if you think about it, having the 21st and 28th pick really isnt that big of a difference from the second round, not to mention you would get an extra pick maybe in the 5th or so.
Thats too much, they want a 1st, 3rd and a 5th I believe.★☆★ Full-Time Philadelphia Eagles Fan ★☆★

Honestly I could see the birds coasting on WR this year and then next year if Avant, Curtis, DJax don't work then pick up a WR in 2010 in the second round. I think the draft will look something like this
2009 draft
1)Moreno at 21
2) Cook TE 58 Speedy TE with good handsCha Cha Cha
