Creatine and Fat burners
Can anyone tell me if trying to use creatine, to build muscle and hence speed up metabilism, and taking fat burners to drop pounds, at the same time is a smart idea or are they conterproductive?? My goal is to drop 30lbs as my bodyfat is around 23% yet I want to also build muscle if possible

As far as creatine and fat burners............I don't see a problem with taking them at the same time.

Asked a similar question to Dr. Jerry Brainium (sp?) over at Ironman awhile ago, and he said that there's no problem mixing fatburners and muscle gain supplements together.

Creatine retains water. Water isn't fat. Ergo, fat burners (unless they're really diuretics) will not have a counterprodictive effect on Creatine.
