    Flushing Caffeine from System

I hate to admit it but I think I'm becoming a bit "attached" to pre-workout caffeine. Trouble is that I usually workout in the late afternoon (3-4pm) and sometimes feel wired at night and cannot sleep.

Is there another way to rid the body of caffeine quicker other than water and/or sweating it out during the workout? I know that water helps flush it from the system but I was wondering if anyone had a better way of doing it.

I seriously doubt whatever coffee you are drinking has THAT much of an effect on you. Maybe it's something else that is causing you to feel that way, I would not bet my money on the coffee.

It's actually either the red energy pill within Animal Pump or an energy drink (ZipFizz). It should be noted that I work crazy early (6am) and, thus, try and hit the pillow by 9pm.

I think its the coffee cause I had the same problem.
I stopped drinking it every day, only preWO (I love it actually) and I tried another kind of black coffee with a lower amount of caffeine and it worked for me.

Am I the only one who saw that? But yeah, it's probably the caffeine. It may just be some brosci but I heard that carbs can dull the effects of preWO supps so it may work the same for caffein.

by buying otc caffeine like "feel awake" its not coated with anything so it should go in and out of your system pretty quick..
200mg of the caffeine is a lot so i would remove the red pill from your stack and add 1/2 of the otc caffeine, so 100mg
this should help the effect not last as long because its not a mix of proprietary energy ingrediants including caffeine which can slow down absorbtion or make it last longer, but it is pure caffeine so in and out quicker..
at least thats what i think could happen haha

Use Rooibos (red tea) to flush anything you want out quickly. It tastes great too. I use it to detox after a night of drinking.

Here's some complete anecdotal broscience FWIW.

Charles Poliquin says 2 grams of Vitamin C [personally I would not go this route PWO for controversial reasons that I won't get into].

Patrick Arnold uses/used Glycine to take some edge off.
