lifting with a shattered hand
i shattered my right hand and was wondering if any one has any ideas on how i can still lift

use a strap tied around your wrist so you can do some back things that involve pulling.........i broke my pinky 2 months ago and it wasnt that bad lifting, then i tore my MCL 2 weeks ago and im on crutches, i still go to the gym i just lift standing on 1 leg.....everyone stares at me like they never seen anyone on cruthes b4 and i guess they cant get it through there mind im dedicated.....there ***gots....but try to lift the best you can without hurting yourself, and good luck

they're ***gots and much more...i would laugh and point if i saw someone lifting on crutches...stay home and heel...a few weeks off never hurt anyone...dedication and stupidity are not the same.
