2009 Goals!
Okay, it's that time of year again- time to re-evaluate 2008 and plan for 2009! Better start now so we are ready for swimsuit season!
What are your plans and Goals?
My Goal is a very visable 4 pack(or 6 pack!) (body fat percentage from 17% to around 13%) by April 1st 2009. Also I want to be able to do 12 consecutive pull-ups by June 1st 2009. (I can do 4 now.)
My PLAN to get there is a Keto diet with a slight calorie deficit so I will drop my body fat % slowly and surely! And of course hitting the guy at least 4 times a week. Also I will be doing Intermittent Fasting a few times a week---
Anyone else?

Im starting my 2009 goals a lil early :P, from tomorrow I will be doing keto. My goal is to get some sort of visable abs and being able to fit into all my pre bulk clothes lol.
Last keto cut I was able to drop around 21 lbs in around 6 weeks and was looking good. Aiming for around 2/3 months of keto to get into good shape, will be doing weights, cardio and mma training to burn off the belly.
Bring on 2009!!!!

My 2009 goals are drop a further 20 lbs to hopefully get to 10% BF then after a few weeks eating at maintance levels, start an anabolic diet bulk (still keto, but with some healthy carbs) till i get to around 15% then maybe cut again to 10% this yeah i plan on adding alot of muscle if i can

well I started keto so my goal is to get to 4% bf. if im actually at 14% like they said it shouldnt take too long its like 20-25lbs of fat to lose...
im on day 3 my mouth tastes like ive been eating copper pipes all morning.
