REDuction+GM+PW 60 day Stack
Other Supp:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein
Universal Animal Pak
Flax Seed Oil
Height: 5'9"
Weight:202
Age: 24
Body Type: Between an EndoMorph and a Mesomorph.
Body Fat%: 29% (not sure how accurate, used the measuring tape method)
My Goals: In a 60 day period drop 10-15 pounds of fat and lower body fat%. Increase endurance and lift to keep strength levels highs. (will included before/after pix)
History: I've been training Jiu-Jitsu for about a year and half now and it has really help me lose weight. A year in I also took up Muay Thia at the same school and my cardio started to really improve. Now after the same workout week after week my results are starting to plateau.
Current Workout:
Monday: Jiu-Jitsu class 8:00PM-9:00 Sparring 9:00PM-9:30
Tuesday: Muay Thia class 7:00PM-8:00
Wednesday: Jiu-Jitsu class 8:00PM-9:00 Sparring 9:00PM-9:30
Thursday: Muay Thia class 7:00PM-8:00
Friday: GYM Randy Couture workout 2 mile run @ 17:33
Saturday: Muay Thia 11:30AM-12:30 Jiu-Jitsu class 12:30-1:00 Sparring 1:00-2:00
My plan is to run/lift in the AM 3x a week and train at night JJ/MT. I going to be working HIIT routines along with a 5x5 to keep my strength up.No diet laid out but will be logging it daily with my progress to follow what I'm eating.
All pointers are welcomed!!

DAY 1 (12/26)
Todays my off day
Took 2 REDuction 30 min before breakfast.
Breakfast: Breakstones Cottage Double (Low fat cottage cheese & raspberry topping) and a Quaker Oatmeal TO GO bar.
Snack: Rice cakes and 2 scoops of Whey.
Lunch: 2 home cooked lean burger patties without the bun or anything. Steamed broccoli. Multi Vitamin and Omega 3,6&9
Dinner: 6'' Chicken break on wheat with lettuce and tomato. (subway.. eat fresh)
#2 REDucation PM 60 min before bed.
1st day review:
First day and i felt the energy from the 2 AM pills. Not really so much in helping on hunger but it is the first day. The PM pills didn't knock me out like other. Might also be since I just stop taking WHITE BLOOD at night 4 days ago and those really put me to sleep.
DAY 2 (12/27)
#2 RD AM
Breakfast: Breakstones Cottage Double (Low fat cottage cheese & raspberry topping) a Quaker Oatmeal TO GO bar.
-#2 scoops of whey and Flax Seed Oil.
Lunch: Bowl of Granola cereal with low fat milk (I know)
-30min PWO had GreenMagnitude and Purple Wraath during WO.
Gym: First 5x5 and HIIT workout! (recovering from dislocated shoulder injuring so not @ 100% yet)
Olympic Squats: 5X5
Bench Press: 5X5
Barbell Rows: 5X5
After lifting I did a HIIT workout on treadmill. 5 min warm up. Then 60 seconds of sprinting and 60 seconds of jogging for a total of #5 60 sec sprints. Then finished off with a 5min cool down jog.
#3 scoops of ON 100% Whey to finish off.
Dinner: Appx. 8 oz chicken with steamed broccoli.
#1 scoop of Whey and #2 REDuction PM 30 min before bed.
Today at the end of day I started to feel a decrease in appetite and energy levels high. I like the focus threw out the day as well. Still not knocking out from the PM pills like i though i would. I am though noticing that I sleep deeper.... just not falling asleep easier.

My main supps. from Aug-Nov. were REDuction, White Flood, Purple Wraath, and Green Mag. I tried taking Blue Up, but I got insane headaches and felt extremely sick. I think I'm super sensitive to the Yohimbe. I lost 23lbs during that time. I LOVE the White Flood! Good luck.

I am STILL at the same weight. My hunger is still the same... if not HIGHER by the time i go to bed. I'm so discoraged right now.... i'm think of fasting for like 2 days.

Highly unusual, what is the mirror telling you and what are you aiming for as far as macros ?

Awesome, I will be doing a stack like this but adding WF and Orange Triad starting monday. will log it. You may not be losing the weight because of the creatine building your muscle mass.
Best thing is before and after pics instead of weight!!
I have a scale that m easures BF but it isn't very consistant

Good log, startin REDuction on tuesday myslelf. Interesting results so far, I wonder if your lack of weight loss is due to turning fat into muscle, or your 9 plate cheat meal LOL, or maybe the product just isn't working with you.. anyways I will keep up to date with this log. keep it up!

No reason to apologize, even for more so of a legit reason! Sorry to hear about the loss.
Btw I can't wait to see how this goes for you since when I cut I am thinking of using Reduction sometime at the end of February if I hit my goals. Jealous of 50% off smoothies btw.
