    Beginner have to start on RIPETOES??

    not really a beginner, lifted for a few months although i've had a couple month break now due to my studies but they are all finished up!

    Can i just start on a 3 day split- signing up at the gym again when it opens again January 2nd.

    Thanks guys!

    (split like: Chest, Tris / Biceps, Back, Shoulders / Legs, Abs .. something similar to that).

    You don't HAVE to start with Rippeotes, I didn't.

    It's just a good routine for beginners, but if you'd rather do your own split, I'd say go ahead and do it.

    i seriously reccomend rippetoes if your just starting, but only because it worked great for me.

    i had sick strength gains. in a month and a half my squat went from 135x5 to 225x5 and bench from 135x5 to 185x5.

    unfortunately i have not seriously worked out in about 10 months so im going to start doing it again to get my strength back.
