43 pounds lost...

Thats right sports fans... I lost 43 pounds from August 15th to December 27th, 2008. All verified by the military. I am so happy. I walked in this morning to get taped and weighed and they triple checked. I feel so good.

I have gone from a size 50 Short flight suit to a 44 Short flight suit.

I am just so happy right now. The people around me have really supported me and helped me when times got ****ty:

43 pounds in the can. I was going to make an official 50 pounds lost thread but I have decided that with the new year (or a few days before) I needed to start keto.

I started last night with a hamburger patty, bacon, and cheese. OMFG it was awesome.

Now that I am in the 180s for a very long time (183) I will start creatine and keto. I will assume I will gain some weight and that is ok. I am not obese anymore. I guess I am still "fat" but I can max my pt test and I am never going back to where I was.

I will post pics soon. I bought a camera.

I just wanted to post at my "lowest" weight because I fully expect to gain some water weight.

I would like to thank cawiau, Eileen, and averyone else who has answered questions for me, supported me, or just in general, gave support. This **** isn't easy. Some people have nothing more than these forums for support and its huge. So I wanted to say thanks.

I also recently lost almost the same amount of weight. 22% bf down to 8.9% as measured today.
