I was wondering if anyone could tell me the thickest casein protein they have tried. I have tried muscle milk, and Dessert protein by BSN, but nothing has beat ON's casien. Is there any others that compare? What about champion nutrtions casien or Higher Powers casein. Any help would be great. Thanks

Flavor wise, Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide 1.0 is GREAT and my favorite.
I drown it in water cause I like mine to be really liquidy, but I'm sure if you add little water it could be thick. GREAT flavor.

yeah, flavor is big, but thickness is what I really want. Any other suggestions??

Not neccessary, however, because of it's slow digestion rate, it's favored for keeping your body anabolic. Take casein before bed, and take the whey after your workout and when you wake up, for best results.Originally Posted by locdogg89

I have ON casein on my shelf at all times. It's awesome and I won't go any other way when it comes to a casein protein supplement. I usually just have cottage cheese pre bed but sometimes I like the convenience of a shake. The vanilla is my favorite flavor and tastes awesome by the way.

I love the thickness too cuz I don't usually have casein in with water or in shakes.
ON Casein is the thickest I have tried. I always get Vanilla (and it tastes completely different every time which is weird) but I cant get myself to change.NASM Certified Personal Trainer
