Day One today: bi's and tri's and forearms.
will be logging my 2 can long experience and give u my unbiased, unsponsered results. This is for my winter bulk before i hop on a cut.
Diet is pretty solid i aim for about 300-400 grams of protein a day (207 pounds at this VERY moment.) and go for about 200 grams of carbs. I am bulking will be doing cardio for about 20-30 min 3-4 days a week usually on an elipitcal or tredmill.
mon:chest/calves
tue:back/hams
wed:shoulders/calves
thur:quads
fri:arms/forearms/calves
Other supps: ON 100% whey, gnc multi sport, no shotgun.

ok so DAY ONE is done, obviously im not going to feel much on the firt day, but i felt stronger and more agressive although that had to be 99% mental.
day 2 today, legs lets see how this bad boy holds up.
side note: compared to most aimal paks the pills are small and easy to swallow and theres only about 6 of them, i know alot complain about the multi they have.its gains o clock.

day 2 :QUADS
I can feel myself getting stronger with no sides of lethargy or anything. banged out front squats ATG like it was no bodys buisness today, followed by 1 leg leg press, walking lunges and leg extensions doing 7's.
I really felt stronger and im sore as hell right now, it usually dosent kick in till about midnight or so.
tmorrow is an off day but im excitied for chest on monday.its gains o clock.

yeah and it was imo shady how they gave the nutrition for 2 pcks and most people only took 1.
they go down easy to thier not pills capsuls so i just take them with my multi in the am.
i had good results with animal pump. animal test is expensive bb.com has it for 65 vit shoppe for like 80. lol this better keep working!its gains o clock.

Day 4: Chest and calves.
Trying a new approach to calves, one exersize every other day 4 sets, heavy weight sets of 10-15. Seems to work for me today and i did 4 plates o nthe seated machine for my 4th set for 10 reps. All the way down ALL the way up.
Chest worked out real well, pre exhausted with cable flys. moved on to incline barbell, flate dumbell, dumbell pullover, and seated machine press.
New strength goals on all of them so far even if its 5 pounds. for 4 days in so far im impressed. im feeling stronger, no lethargy, feeling fuller, and lasting longer in the gym.
tmorrow: Backits gains o clock.
