Recovering from Christmas
Who else is recovering from the Christmas Binge... I mean Carb-up. It amazing how sh*tty I sllept last night and how Sh*ttty I feel right now!
Todays plan: 60-80 min run at gym to deplete all this glycogan and first meal is not until 1pm ( after 16 hour fast)
Going off-plan like this helps me to relize how great I feel on Keto!
