Best Foods to Intake for my workout

about 8 months ago i stoped using Free weights and started using Kettle bells and you know what? I love it. I was at a steady 190lbs while lifting heavy weights and eating alot. But since i have decided to Become a Recon Marine (im in the Marine corps by the way) Ive been advised to stop gaining weight and bulking up also i moved in with my girlfriend and we have been living together for almost 8 months now and shes a Vegitarian wich has lowered my Meat consuming, but either way I run faster, have more energy and ive lost 20lbs and i look more cut than before. Im down to 169lbs. i do realize that most men on here are working out to gain weight and muscle mass which used to be my goal but ever sence i started this training i feel much better and i think it looks better in my opinion. My workouts consist of calastenics, Kettle bell training, alot of pull ups, push ups and different types of crunches, running and swimming when i get the chance to do so (i should be swimming more..) but i also need advise in what is the best type of foods that i SHOULD be consuming due to my high cardio explosive type work out? Also what is the best suppliments to take in my case.
