Heavy Shrugs and Close Grip upright rows will hit the Traps really well, Military presses and Side Lateral Raises for the Delts, Incline Bench and Flat bench for the Chest. You need to fill the area in around it. The only muscle above the collar bone is where the Neck muscles tie in.

Large traps and chest will make collar bones disappear.

lots of incline bench press
heavy shrugs and possibly upright rows too..
and eat a freakin hamburger
or 5
