I do low bar squats and have been having some pain in my right shoulder.
It's at about the mid delt, and will travel down the outside of my arm and into my elbow, but slightly.
The pain is not unbearable but my hands shake when I raise them straight out above my head.
Is shoulder stability the problem here?

Pain in right shoulder squatting
I only seem like I know what I'm talking about, because I only talk about things that I know about.

I suspect hypertonic bands of muscle fibers in your medial delts (that's referring pain further down).
If that's the case, a good soft-tissue treatment (or 2) should do the trick.Dr Clay Hyght, DC, CSCS, CISSN

Could I do the soft tissue work on my shoulder with a foam roller?I only seem like I know what I'm talking about, because I only talk about things that I know about.
