Would this be effective for a stack in helping get a little edge with fat loss?
I was thinking a serving before, breakfast, and lunch. I am unsure of the dosing though if it would be alright. How much caffeine is ok for a person at one time, or throughout the day. and I can't find the dosing on Yohimbe either...thanks for any input
