Ok here it is my strength training journal
Im doing ripptoes as advised, SO here we go! wooo
Ok heres a little background. I have been doing bodybuilding type workouts mostly.. Im way weaker than i look and its time to test my bodys potential for strength and power..
Im a wrestler to (collegiate/freestyle) Not the fake ****), so im glad i finally decided to so strength workouts and better training, instead of worrying about perfect symmetry haha.
