Im a big lie, Take a look inside this thread i need to re-do everything
Ok what i meant when i said "Im a big lie" in the title is. My size out weighs my strength like crazy.. I have been doing typical bodybuilding workouts for a beach body
Its so mentally stressfull when im at school and kids after summer are like damn AARON!!!! how much u benching? 300? Im like almost! i bench 285!
Really i bench 185 at a 153 (5'6 1/2) bw lol
God i dont get it... How can i be big as i am and be so weak? Now dont get me wrong i have good stamina But it doesnt carry over into my wrestling or nothing really...
Its time to stop being a illusion and a lie of strength Im ready to live up to my size.
I dont care about isolation training i dont care about perfect symmetry i dont care about seperation or anything now... ALL I WANT NOW IS PURE STRENGTH!
I wanna be strong all over tho. Like
I want to be able to throw it up on the bench/squat/power clean/deadlift/shoulder press/ barbell curl/ barbell row/weighted pull ups. Id like to dominate those with god liek strength for my bw
I wanna be pound for pound a monster and start to have a big strength advantage over my opponents
SO any programs you guys can throw out there or what ever advice Im a complete newb to strength training. So Please help me out guys..
Oh ya i love olympic lifting so please include the clean and press or clean lol its my favorite. Unless you advise its not usefull at first
Im all ears..
(shuld i do ripptoes ss right now???)

ok then i guess i came off as an ass ok. but either way you said you wanted pure strength the fastest way to get stronger is to gain weight period i dont care what anyone says its fact. lifting heavy and eating big thats what its about.

PURE stregth would be maintaining bodyweight and gaining stregth, but gaining the most stregth would be gaining weight /

if you gain weight you will be going against your gaol of being stronger than you look. if youre weaker than you appear now, imagine how weak youll be if you gain size faster than you gain strength.

Ya im going more for the pound for pound strength Id rather not throw on a bunch of body fat to go up faster.. but hey Im not the expert u guys are..
I wrestle to, and i plan on walking on to a college team next season. SO id like to only bulk up to 165 or 170 at the most im only 150 9-11% body fat right now so i got a ways to go before i get 20 pounds bigger haha so im gonna start eating more and eating quality food at that.

at 5'6 and 170 you can get pretty damn strong as 170 isnt small at all for being so short.

Your both right, i shuld have made that more clear my bad
I wuld like to Maintain around my body weight (150) GOing up to 165 at the most.. while im bulking gaining strength.
SO ya pound for pound strength (get stronger while remaining relevantly the same size)

whats worked for me is easting like a 10 year old girl and lifting like a 30 year old man. keep the weights at around 75 and above and do around the 3 rep range. incorporate squats bench and dl as the core of your routine. also eat at or below or slightly above your maintenacne level and you should be fine. you will stall eventually like me. but you shouldnt stall as much as me cause 170 is a fine weight at 56', while at 6'2 it is not.

Instead of BA i'd use just regular creatine mono, which will help you keep water which should help weight gain and hold it.. other than that, just lift, as long as you eat above maintnence you should see an increase
