Lifting Belts
Where would I find a good quality lifting belt, and I'm looking for a WELL and PROPERLY made one. None of the 2" in the front, 4" in the back ****!
I'm wondering if the ones sold here are good, and if they're overpriced? For example:

Lol - You sound just like a guy at my gym. He uses the same logic when benching, and stops about 5" over his chest.
Thanks guys, I'll be ordering Inzer Forever Buckle next week, but should I get the 13" or the 10" and should I go with the double or single prong?

I don't know about becoming dependent on it, but I don't like using them, say, while squatting/deadlifting, unless I'm going for heavier than a 6RM load, because they do assist your lower back. (Flame away if you like, haha) Of course, on the other hand, they do increase intra-thoracic pressure, thereby helping support your vertebrae without you having to perfom a quasi-Valsalva maneuver.

The general suggested use of a belt is to only use when necessary (last set, or for 1RM or a Triple), and not to tighten the belt to where it wouldn't be comfortable to wear. In other words, don't make it tight enough to where it takes support away from the core.
The belt is only there to apply pressure to the abdominals in order to help keep the back rigid during heavy sets, where it would be otherwise hard. So for safety purposes only, not for curls
