QUESTION: Weight loss and NO-XPLODE
Will taking NO-XPLODE hinder my weight loss? I'm doing the Atkins diet and taking Phentermine and lifting 4 days a week and am wondering if taking it will interrupt my fat loss?

I wouldn't see why not. Just make sure that your calories are less then your maintence level and you'll continue to lose weight.
Perhaps you might gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.... nonetheless, just keep trucking. I wouldn't worry.

It won't hinder weight loss, however you may find that NO-Xplode loses its potency after a week or so. Hence, you may have to up the dose above what is recommended to get the same type of effects.

BSN NO-Xplode is a pre-workout energy and performance igniter. It will increase the blood flow to your muscles and increase your endurance.
Maybe you might add some extra muscle, but we all know that muscle burns more calories then fat. Again, I wouldn't worry about taking a NOS product. Are you only taking this on days you work out? I have noticed that it does have a lot of creatine based ingredients, this could add some excess water to your muscles. But again, I wouldn't worry too much.
Just remember that before any work out, before any cardio and supplement has to come a proper diet. You can train harder then anyone in the world, but if your diet is ****, you'll still gain weight. Eat correct, eat smaller portions and more often. This will help keep your metabolism going throughout the day.
Good luck and Merry Christmas.

Most NO products contain some sort of creatine... So if you're watching your weight #s, you'll probably notice a bit of increase... But that's cool, just water weight...
GL w/ the weight loss!

Weight loss
Yeah, my diet is strict and I've lost 18 lbs in the last 16 days and don't want to hinder the weight loss at all, and I know that Creatine is a salt and will add water weight (I don't want ANY extra weight)... so thanks everyone.

That's a lot in a short amount of time.
Just do remember you will be slowing down before you know it. Usually the first 10lbs or so is mainly excess water weight.
