When I joined the Army I was 236 lbs, since being in for 2 1/2 years I am now at 280.
I started the Atkins diet and the Rock Hard Challenge workout schedule I found in M&F

I'm also currently taking Phentermine (an appetite suppressant).
Since Dec 9th I've lost 18 lbs (was at 298) and am hoping to lose around 15 lbs a month for 6 months to get down to my goal weight of 200 lbs... my long term goal is 190 at 10% BF.
