Can anyone help me with this I have a shoulder injury and my guess is that I tore a liagment on my right shoulder, I can't bench or do other lifts involving pushing and other movements like that. Yes I've seen a doctor and I'm waiting for the specialist to call me. My problem is that my right trap is smaller then my left one when it relaxed as well as flexed.
Here are the ligaments/muscles that I think I have torn

Any help would be great I just can't be sitting back doing no upper body in the gym.

Is your Right shoulder elevated higher than the Left when you look in the mirror? Is your Right arm rotated inward/outward relative to the Left? Are there differences in how your clavicles look (i.e. protruding, elevated...etc). What kind of movements are impaired at your shoulder....Flexion/Abduction/Extension?
