That's about 2lbs per week.
It will be easy at first with water coming off and what not but it will be quite grueling near the end. You might consider hiring a personal train or nutritionist to help you with this.
Why 32lbs?

I lost 40lbs in four months with stupid amounts of walk/jogging and eating very little. That was before I really started to read and get more serious about what I wanted to do.

Im in the military and they have there "standards" which are sometimes not resonable but my goal is to make weight without having to go through the hassel of calculating body fat to see if im in standards. Just step on the scale and step off, but I plan on keeping it up and just being lean around
190-195.

I hear ya, I'm in the Canadian Forces and dropped from 220 to 195 earlier this year for pretty much the same reasons... I dropped the bulk of it in the first month, wasn't all that difficult. You'll manage easily if you stick to it

the real secret to getting abs is fat loss. I mean you definitely have to work your abs to build muscle, but you won't see it without losing fat. Make sure you do some weighted ab work once or twice a week, not just bodyweight. You can safely work your abs 1-3x a week if it fits into your schedule that way. But like I said, the key to abs is diet/fat loss

honestly 4 month periods are my favorite to work in, especially with a nicely developed plan, you should sit down and devise a 4-5 meal diet that adheres to a caloric deficit with proper macros (40/40/20 protein/fat/carbs..or watever)
that with cardio and weight training should lead to success as long as you stay deticated
good luck
