I have been using the New apple flavor post workout and i must say i feel full for like an hour afterward and it TASTES GREAT!! Ive tried golden finish optimum 2:1:1 and this is by far the best!

Yep one of if not the best out there. I have noticed that the cherry seems to be more filling than the apple. However i mix em both, now thats some good ****. Universal def hit the jackpot with torrent. Always gets great reviews on here. Recently added intra-aid to my stack and i must say it's great also. Along with Shock therapy, and Ultra Iso whey im a Universal using mutha*ucka! Great products, great value and prices. Used to use Animal Flex as well but since Orange triad is a multi also it's more cost effective for me. But i do feel AF is a better joint sup, when i used to have horrible elbow and knee pain AF def cleared it up. Universal is a company i def recommend and support!

Sounds like you are using the AWO stack which is Shock Therapy (pre) Intra-Aid (intra) and Torrent (post). In my opinion this is one of the best stacks available and really covers your complete nutrient timing needs.

I'm getting ready to crack my first tub of Torrent after Xmas. I just tried CL Golden Finish, and I have to say that was the WORST tasting supp I have every taken!! Sorry to say, because I?m a big CL fan. I also tried 2:1:1 Recovery. It mixed up one hell of a large THICK chocolate shake. It was too heavy on my stomach right after a wo, which also made it real hard trying to eat a solid dinner later.

Waxy maize is just one of the ingredients in Torrent. Besides wms you get:

20 grms of hydrolyzed whey
8 grms leucine
7 grms cell volumizers
3 grms creatine

Yes there is a big difference.

I like both flavors but the GAA gets my fav vote. Mixing them is awesome. My fav mix is 2 scoops of GAA to 1 scoop of CBB. It's additively delicious!
