Protein shakes with least amount of bloating
Sorry if this has already been discussed, i couldn't find anything on it in the search though
what are some protein shakes that you have personally tried that don't bloat you up much, also what are some tips that you have tried to that help you not bloat up much
I found that mixing with water helps but thats pretty obvious

fat free milk or skim milk and optimum nutrition's 100% whey. I dont notice barely any bloating with two scoops and a cup of milk.

If you have lactose digestion issues, then a low-zero lactose / carb 100% whey isolate would be what to look for - for instance 4EverFit, Allmax, ErgoPharm, Ultimate, & VPX all have products in this category. Ultra Peptide [micellar casein + WPI blend] is kind to the GI too.
Portion control and lactase / digestive enzymes may help.

As long as the active agent is "unknown" some dork is still gonna be poppin' chicken beaks so he can freakin' squat!
Crank up those catecholamines, that's not chicken I smell being cooked.

Our Genus protein is a special version from yellow peas. It is bloat free (as demonstrated by numerous logs). I think for lactose intolerant people you can't beat it. On sale here at bb.com for like $30
