How often
How often do you guys change up your routines, how long is the best to keep gaining mass?....i have a 3 day routine, i usually do 3-4 exercises per muscle....im wondering if i should change up my routine every 1 month? 2 months?.......and is it better to actually change up the routine? or just change up the exercises.

It is good to change up both. I personally like to change my routine about every two months, and my exercises monthly.

I feel its best to change up the exercises rather than the routine if you have a routine that works well. Change up things like working till failure and not working till failure etc

it depends what you're trying to accomplish and what your currently doing. Try out 5x5, Max-OT, splits ect to find what works for you. I change when it stops being effective, which is different for everybody

I usually change my routine, every 6 months, although some routines can be used over years, because they routinely change there sets/exercises. Perfect examble of a routine that should be done over long periods of time is , Doggcrapp or rather, DC Training, as it is much different from a conventional routine, and requires alot of time.
Also, find out what routine works for...some people respond to Low fequency/High Volume, some are the opposite, it's all about what suits you.

some good routines allow for a good amount of change within them allowing you to stick with one routine for a very long time. i think this is the best way to train
