A.M Workout - empty stomach
Hi all.. needing a bit of advice..
I get up at 5:50am every morning to goto the gym @ 6:15ish. Obviously on an empty stomach. I have Purple Wraath at the gym but when I come home my body feels completely exhausted and need the carbs ASAP. I feel quite weak/exhausted esp on the drive to work. (At the gym for an hour and half or so)
Im wanting to get a bar/bite to eat before the workout so I dont feel like this.
I know if I train later during the day after the workout i dont feel so weak/exhausted (same workout ect just not on the empty stomach)
Anyone got suggestions besides working out in the arvo... pre Protein bar, shake, food?
THANKS

Just make a protein shake in the morning. I make one every morning regardless of my training schedule.

Try whey powder with rice or oats.
