    Question Cold women

    Hey ladies,
I was hoping some of you might be able to help me out. I am asking because one of my girlfriends is always cold. Not the type of cold that is please turn the heat up a notch either. Her hands and feet are freezing. As a guy, I do not know these things. Hell, I am always too freakin hot.

I read it could be anemia, low muscle density or poor circulation. She is not anemic. She could use a bit of muscle, but even after fairly vigorous exercise she is still cool. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks.

Some ladies just have cold hands and feet naturally, especially the trimmer ones. Look into Raynaud's syndrome, though, if you are really concerned. It's a circulatory condition.

Yeah one of my girlie friends. We can have more than one. Hell why workout so much???

Either way, I did look into Raynaud's and that seems way too extreme. Thanks for the info though.

I'm just teasin you, hon. No harm intended.

Assuming there are no other indicators, there's probably no cause for concern.
