10 hours a day can be too much, and naps can make you really tired especially if you don't really need them. also, to be on the safe size, go to your doctor/pediatrician to get bloodwork done. you could have anemia, off-balance hormone levels, anything. if all else fails, caffiene is your friend

I was the same way but i found out what works for me- I get home and start setting up my equipment(if im benching, i put on the weights im gonna use) then i start hopping around and warming up and then I eat a power bar, thats what really does it 4 me, the power bar, then i hop around another 10-15 minutes, stretch, then i do abs if its an ab day and then i start my workout.

The same thing happens to me. I only get about 7 hours, sometimes a little less, of sleep during the week though. I'll usually end up taking a nap for a hour or two after school. I'm going to try to start getting more sleep at night.

Im same way just like to pass out when i get home, i actually moved my work outs to 4x a week and at night liek 8pm so i go to gym come home and sleep and before for that i get in a 2-3 hr power nap i guess u can say lol. Works good so far...and nothing to do with my growth spurt, but if it did id welcome 4 more inches in height.
