I'm 5.9.5 and 150 pounds. I have a pretty fast metabolism so it's pretty hard for me to put any weight. What kind of workout do you suggest me? I'm looking for mass, I also need better supps....I have muscle juice (weight gainer) at home and I don't eat well enough. Would cell tech rly help me?
1. Go to the exercise section and look through the sticky's (threads at the top) for beginner programs.
2. Learn what to eat and how much, try to eat as much clean and healthy foods as you can.
3. Cell-tech might help you somewhat somehow, but I'd say that it's 99% waste of money and will probably make you fat (it's 75% pure sugar). Buy a high quality whey protein isolate.
