    i guess if ure more a power back and straight forward running then atg back squats and push press, but speed backs probably single legs and lateral lunges.

    either way id keep a good mix.

    It doesn't matter what variation you do. They are all just different tracks to achieve power, explosiveness, and speed. Each variation doens't cater to different goal or purpose. What matters is the rep range and work load.

    Trying doing some bulgarian split squats. You also need to do some side lunges to help strengthen your lateral movement.

    Best of all, ATG or box squats.
