My bench plateaued, so I started incline and decline and push-ups and pull ups, but I'm wondering if curls will also help shock my arms. I never curl, but my upper arms haven't grown at all since I started Rippetoe's program, and now my forearms are almost the same size as my biceps when my arms are relaxed

they could help.
try doing some heavy curls with low reps, biceps are largely fast twitch.
dont be afraid to cheat after u bang out a couple REAL reps.
but biceps wont make that big of a difference.
We need more information to help you.
what is your bench press sticking point?
getting it off your chest?

Practice makes perfect, so when working I dont relax
I practice a lot, therefore I'm perfect and that's a fact

something i read in muscle and fitness was to do reps on a power rack where you only have like a 2 inch rom, then lower the rack arms and do reps with like 5 inches, and so on for like 4 sets or something like that. it said the strenght of the program is that you can use weight heavier than your 1rm-i dono if it works or not tho and i really dont konw the specifics lol
