thinking about doin 12-15 reps, currently im doing 8-10 reps.

Extra intensity worked well for me, seems to be a lot more demanding though, got alot more fatigued and tired the first couple of weeks of training,

Go with 12-15. I think taller people do better with higher reps; shorter, stockier people do better with fewer reps.
I wish I had some evidence to back up that claim, but I don't. It's just my observation after 3+ years of being in gyms. Tall, lanky frames tend to bust apart when attempting the loads needed to work in =/> 8 range. Pecs tear, hernias pop, etc.
Manlets thrive in that range.
