Nah. It's just a common saying on these forums. Nice transformation. How much did you weigh when you started?

Great gains, keep it up!
just remember to take it slowly and not burn yourself out. I remember when I started when I was 15 i went way too hard and eventually got an injury (not saying you will, just some advice).

This.
Big gains, lookin' a lot better (no homo). Keep it up for another year, and you'll be a lot bigger.

awww be nice!
transformation is really all about goals. some people spend most of their lives trying to lose a mere 10lbs.
Mr-great job on your changes!

Hey dude, good work!
its hard going from a skinny base, seeing all the big guys at gym makes you
feel small and like there is just not point and want to give up sometimes!
but you have done really well. I remember when i went through your stage,
you going from skinny to sorta looking like you lift weights! harsh but true.
If you keep dedicated now over the next year you will really look good!
i started off at 135lbs and now am at 167lbs. ive been lifiting for about 16
months now.
Im happy to share my program if you want just pm me.
