I was bored, so took a few pictures of my back!
Besides my chest and legs, this is the other part of my body I really want to get shredded!
Look at those love handles ... DAMN
Way too much fat currently!
Also a few tips on posing would be appreciated

You certainly have some muscle under there Carl! You are going to be a good poser to, everyone always slouches forward on the lat spread. The pictures show tons of improvement IMO. Next 20 pounds are going to be something else.
By the way, from reading your last few post, its nice to see you dispensing advice to others. You have come a long way. Not the same Carl from 2006, when we first started chatting.100% Natural Bodybuilding!

Hey man. Just looked at your progress pics. I dont think you give yourself enough credit, but am glad you arent satisfied...If that makes ANY sense. Complacency is baaaad. Look forward to watching your progress.

I love watching the transformation of somebody with some excess fat, and one day they unveil to the world a stunning physique. Like they carved away all the granite and whats left is a beautiful sculpure. I enjoy offseason because it allows for this to happen.
Just think carl you keep putting muscle mass on, and shedding bf slowly one day your gonna be amazed by what you see. I hope I am still posting on here when that day happens. Lots of bodybuilders bulk up hefty but when they diet down hard, they look phenomenal. Just think of yourself as an offseason bodybuilder......keep shedding the BF in preparation for your "contest"BIG COZ - ALL AMERICAN EFX BOARD REP

why mayo with bread??? you should have something healthy always on stand by when u get these hunger pains, jerky, nuts, sugar free jello, or sugar free popsicles, hell even a diet soda can curb your appetite til ur next meal time. there is no excuse brother.

I was not trying to excuse what I eat, I was stating a fact! Excuses are not my thing!
It is what it is, I was hungry, it was quick and on hand, I ate .
Now I will make sure I stay on track the remaining of the day, hit my cardio and lift like crazy later.

Now the best is doing pushups with your chick on your back! Man she'll dig that shhh! Makes for sexy time for sure HEHEwww.3DMUSCLEJOURNEY.COM

Weight and picture update!
I am not going to be posting any weight update till the end of this month... I am in a little friendly competition and don't want to let the enemy know how I am doing.
Also, no more picture updates till the end of this quarter. I decided since I am really not showing that much improvements, no need to post pictures every couple of weeks, so every 3 months will have to do. So next one is end of september, then december... so forth and so on.My journal:
