I was short some calories today, and I had nothing else to do. So I walked down to McDonalds and grabbed a Big Mac meal with large fries. I ate everything, is that bad?
I'm trying to gain mass so I just eat whatever I get my hands on, was McDonalds bad?!

I doubt it hurts when you eat it in moderation (twice in the last 5 years here), but I wouldn't eat any.
I find it so retarded when people say ''Oh yes, eat junk food, you're skinny, it won't do any harm.'' It's dirty calories full of trans fats, that's all it is. If you need extra calories get them from something healthier.

Just cause on Super Size Me the guy was ****ed up it doesn't mean McD's is bad for you. The guy went 3 meals a day for 1 month straight, and he couldnt eat nothing but mcdonalds. He didn't walk anywhere or exercise, he took his car or the bus...
I eat it once everyday, I hit the gym and do cardio for 20minutes and Im all good. I jog to the YMCA also, but you get protein n **** from the meals.

mcdonalds is deffintly not worth eating
ive been bulking for like 6 months now, and have gained 20 pounds with minimal fat gain, but in the past 2 weeks, i ate mega mac meals 3 or 4 times, and i gained like 10 pounds immediately, deffinetely fat
for those who dont know, a mega mac is a double big mac, available only in asia haha
so i prolly wouldnt do it again if i was missing calories, jsut scramble some eggs or sumthin

mc donalds used grade D meat, there food has to be sprayed with a scent, so it doesnt smell bad. Contains loads of bad calories from fat

I agree totally on this quote. Ive had it once in the past 3 years. Yes it will hurt you, youll end up skinny fat and if thats your aim sure. People dont realize the importance of a clean diet when bulking. It will cetch up to you, most people that say go for it either dont care, are fat themselves or have a great genetics. take you choice, heres my two cents if it was a good idea wouldnt everyne be doing it? example on tv fat burners that make you lose pure fat...wtf other kind of fat is there semi fat?....if it worked people would be doing it. Mcdonalds is okay in certain diets but I wouldnt. I ate it a lot when I was younger and I was 205 in 5th grade... im 201 now 21yrs old and I dont fit intomy 5th grade clothes I guess im byass
