Isn't ketosis considered bad by some?

According to the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia on Modern Bodybuilding, ketosis is a bad thing.
It says that ketosis eventually end up burning muscle and water alongside the fat when one loses weight.
I've also heard that if you have a low-carb diet it suppresses insulin, isn't this bad if insulin is an anabolic hormone?

ketosis is only bad for diabetics, and also insulin is not only anabolic to muscle, its also anabolic to adipose (fat)

What exactly does it mean to be in or fall out of ketosis? And how do you know either way?

When there's not enough available glucose, due to low carb consumption, the body reverts to fatty acids and ketones for fuel (particularly ketones to fuel the brain). Around a 65/25/5 fat: protein: carb ratio will get you into ketosis usually. Eating any substantial carbs that is not during exercise will for surely knock you out.

Arnold did steriods. He did not pay the full price for his gains. If i could freely get the "juice" do you think i would have to fight low test and fat content, when if i had the connection i could get some deca durabolin and winstrol and blow the fat away.back then it was a lot easier to get.Now adays with g=big brother watching i would not even attempt to gain access to them.So what ever he say's has to be taken with a grain of truth...
