    Red face How can i avoid that lazy feeling when training?

    hey
    didnt know where to post this so i thought to post it here with it being one the the most popular forums.
    About 2 hours ago i was at the gym and on the way i had it in my head that i was gonna have a really good workout, however when i got to the gym that feeling just totally wasnt there nomore.
    So i was wanting to know good ways of avoiding being like this and if there are certain things i need to do before working out or just anything you think would help me at all.

    There's a lot of NO supps out there but a lot is hype. A caffein pill will work just as well for way less money IMO. Also you can do a little cardio for like 10 minutes or some warmup sets to get you going. I just yell and jump up and down and ****. I probably look retarded but I workout at home so whatever.

    From my experiences with it, I'd after say BSN N.O.X-Plode, this stuff is awesome!

    One word: COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!

    I also notice that I get really tired and lazy when I've overdone it, so it may be a symptom of overtraining/burnout.

    This is it. The "hyped" feeling that a lot of people ascribe to NO supplements comes from caffeine, just buy a bottle of it at your pharmacy. You'll get the same effect for $.07 per pill. Also, make sure you're going in to the session with some food in you.
