hey
didnt know where to post this so i thought to post it here with it being one the the most popular forums.
About 2 hours ago i was at the gym and on the way i had it in my head that i was gonna have a really good workout, however when i got to the gym that feeling just totally wasnt there nomore.
So i was wanting to know good ways of avoiding being like this and if there are certain things i need to do before working out or just anything you think would help me at all.

There's a lot of NO supps out there but a lot is hype. A caffein pill will work just as well for way less money IMO. Also you can do a little cardio for like 10 minutes or some warmup sets to get you going. I just yell and jump up and down and ****. I probably look retarded but I workout at home so whatever.
