    Wrist Pains

Hi im new to the forum and i was wondering if there is anyone else that is missing a bone in there wrist? ive went to a hand specialist and he says hes never seen it b4. anyway back to what i was gonna say.

today was the first time i benched 100kg(220 pounds) and my wrist started giving out and it was hurting so much i ended up striping it back to 90 ive tryed straping them up but instead it puts more pressure on the other joints that hurts just as much im using some everlast gloves that does the job for bicep curls but notfor bench press any more.....does anyone have anytips or know what i could do so i can keep increasing my bench with out injuring my wrists? thanks alot

ill post some pics up if any1 wants to see lol no1 believes me until they see or feel that im missing a bone where its supose to suport it from bending to the side.

I hurt my wrist couple of days ago attempting my max squat, woke up day after couldn't move my wrist at all. Think you have to just tough it out with or without straps, when my wrist is better and i can hit the weights again i might start using straps. I also use gloves because i get sweaty hands

Take some AI's and leave the gym for a week - rest your wrist, ice it, and come back using your gloves and wrist supports. Then, later, do some wrist curls.

Some certain supplements might be good for your wrist... Glucosamine and Chondroitin + MSM... or MSM alone. I take them for my tendonitis, will help keep your wrist strong.
