Hey all
I started training about 2 years ago, I have made some pretty decent gains sadly i dont have a before picture only an after photo.
My training usually consists of bench press and curls for about 2hours 3-5 times a week the results came slowly at first but i soon began to notice the changes after a few months
once the training began i sorted the diet out and made it clean and much higer in calories and protein
For brekfast i eat an apple, lunch i have a sandwich and a packet of mcoys crisps ham and mustard flavor, i chose the ham and mustard flavor crisps as these were greater in protein content and is great for the extra calories, somtimes i crush them up and put them in the sandwich. For dinner i usually have a pack of microwavable fries and a can of cloudy lemonade, this is great postworkout as its full of good carbohydrates, somtimes before bed ill eat a muffin for another boost in calorie intake
Well hes what a look like now, i put on about 7lbs since i started, and from what ive read thats about right in 2 years hard work.

NOTHING is sacred.
"BUT... it's way too easy to get caught up in all this ****ing minutia- like the kids on the Teen forums who won't eat regular peanut butter because it has 4g of sugar or whatever, ATG nazis, obsessing about every part of training, etc. Simplicity works." -101CavGrunt

Congrats buddy! Keep up the good work. It would have been nice to see some before shots so we know what to compare with but I will take your word on it that you have added some good poundage. If you want to get more size, then try hitting different parts of your body other then your chest and biceps. You will notice that you will gain a lot more size. Also, make sure that you are eating properly and your getting enough rest. PM me if you want some workout ideas.
Keep it upOPA Bodybuilder

W.O.W...listen to your body and what works for YOU...not for someone else...If lifting heavy works for you, DO IT, if 12-15 reps works for you...DO THAT THEN... also comes down to diet...do what works for you... EVERYONE is different!!!
