No its not. A smith machines bar is weightless, hense why you can throw it up in the air and it slowly comes down...thats the bearing system in it and it makes the bar weightless. So really your only benching 150.
If you tried doing a 45, 25 and a 5 on a normal bench press you'd see that you will fail miserably.

that would be correct if you were barbell benching, but im sure the smith machine bar is considered only 15 pounds. soo in reality you are benching 165. also since no stabilizers are being worked you would not be able to bench 165 pd free weight barbell soo your only cheating yourself in the end.
