False. I have never had an Adonis belt as a teenager because I never worked it out. Now, at 22 I started doing leg lifts and it had begun to show more. I need to cut for it to really show.Originally Posted by Devils

OP: any oblique exercise will improve the appearance of the adonis' belt. Look at bodybuilding.com's exercise list or the exercise sticky for some exercises.
