Do any of you just eat pickled eggs to save yourself having to cook them yourselves?

i love pickled eggs but i dont think they are very healthy...prolly very high in sodium

a pickled egg is a hardboiled egg that has sat in a juice like a pickle is. but a pickled egg usually is red/pink due to they usually mix red cabbage with it

its just a hardboiled egg in vinegar :S
They have the same nutritonal value as hard boiled eggs i just checked

I just eat hardboiled eggs! I can cook a ton at once and they last throughout the day.
