Idk why i didn't post this yesterday, but here goes. after my workout yesterday, i got veins all over... and i mean all over. Dont you know that vein that sticks out of your bicep? well... i had stuff like taht running down my obliques, with hundreds of really small blue ones in my legs, and even some in my calves..... I had a bit of a headache/blurry vision on my bikeride home.... b4 i showered, i developed a bit of a rash on my chest, which went away after my shower... this happen to anyone else/what did you do?

Well, thats still a family history. I advise you get to a doctor. If you feel bad again, eat more sugar. If it was hyper or hypoglycemia, sugar is your best bet, because you can't make the symptoms of hyperglycemia worse by eating more sugar. (Medical training from lifeguarding. We covered EVERYTHING.) If it was hypo, eating more sugar would make it better.
