Thursday I ran my worst PFT (physical fitness test) ever. I got 100 crunches and 20 pull ups (max'd out) but I ran a 24:21 3 mile and had horrible cramps. I usually run around 20:00. Now, having just come off a deployment I haven't ran very much in the past 8 months, but I expected to be around 22:00 or so. My buddy apparently also had the same problem and ran his worst PFT ever while on bold a few months back. Hope my cardio doesn't get any worse.
